Position: Clinical Supervisor
Clinical supervisor will be responsible for supervising interns, practicum students, fellows and license seeking clinicians. This supervision includes: reviewing notes & co signing them, an hour supervision each week for each supervise, filling in as needed for Group Supervision or other supervisors when needed, and being present in the office. Supervisor will also be asked to be present at Team Meetings. Supervisor will also see clients for Whole Connection (up to 10-12/week clinical hours). Lastly the supervisor will also be asked to participate in monthly writings and videos for Whole Connection on a variety of topics. These writing and videos will be shared through the Whole Connection newsletter.
January 1st - March 1st, 2019 (flexible start date)
Valid license to practice therapy in the state of Colorado required. You need to be licensed as a LCSW or LPC or LMFT and preference will be given to those with 3 years post licensure
Previous experience supervising interns and license seeking clinicians
Experience working with Medicaid population
Experience working in a team dynamic (with other clinicians, doctors, psychiatrists, and other agencies)
Excellent Note-taking abilities
Bilingual therapist is a plus
Training and understanding of multicultural and intercultural perspectives
Must hold their own professional malpractice insurance as well
Would be brought into network with Medicaid under the Whole Connection Group
Use of office space for own private clients
PTO 3 weeks + Holidays (1st day of Passover, Thanksgiving, Election Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas, Last day of Ramadan, New Years Day, one extra holiday of choice)
22 hours a week - 10-12 clinical 3-5 supervising, 1 supervision, rest admin and meetings
