(she/her)

Claire Pacione (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate and holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Claire draws on psychodynamic, relational, and systemic approaches in her work with clients. She creates a space in which the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for collaboration. Claire pairs client-centered evidence-based modalities to meet each clients’ unique needs, connected to her genuine desire to authentically meet clients where they are at.

It is important to Claire to get to know her clients in encompassing and holistic ways. Claire’s recent professional care experiences includes work as a care provider at a wilderness therapy based residential facility and work as an in-home aid for a wonderful community of adults with intellectual disabilities and verbal diversities. In addition to feeling passionate about mental health, Claire enjoys connecting with others through art, farming, and conversation.

Claire is ready to receive whatever you bring into session and is particularly interested in the realms of grief, bereavement, loss, life transitions, self-concept development, major injuries, and chronic illness. Claire is honored to support people of all backgrounds and identities and engages in continued diversity, equity, and inclusivity awareness to provide care from a social justice perspective.
