Casey McIntyre – LPCc

Clinical Therapist
(he/they)

Welcome! My name is Casey (he/they), and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) with a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from the University of Colorado Denver.

I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as your full self and feel genuinely seen, understood, and accepted. I bring warmth, curiosity, humor, and authenticity into the therapy room, and I see therapy as something we create together.
I work with clients of all ages navigating anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, relationship concerns, identity, life transitions, eating disorders, and body image concerns. I have a particular passion for supporting people with complicated relationships with food and their bodies. I also care deeply about LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care. As a transgender and neurodivergent therapist, I want people of all identities and backgrounds to feel welcome, respected, and able to be themselves in therapy.

My approach is flexible and tailored to you. I draw from ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, attachment-based and narrative therapy, somatic approaches, and parts work. Together, we might look at how past experiences are affecting you now, build tools for difficult emotions, notice patterns in relationships, and figure out what feels most important to work toward.
