Grief comes in many shapes. The death of someone you love. A relationship, a home, or a version of your life that's gone. The slow ache of watching someone change or fade. However loss found you, your feelings make sense, and you don't have to carry them alone. You're the expert in your own story, and we'd be honored to walk beside you.
Therapy gives you a shame-free space to feel what you feel, without anyone rushing you or telling you to move on. Together, we make room for the sadness, the love, the anger, and everything in between, at a pace that belongs to you.
Grief has no timeline, and there's no finish line you're supposed to reach. Over time, many people find their way to carrying loss a little differently, staying connected to what mattered while making space for living again.
“You set the pace. You're the expert in your own story.”

We accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Medicare, and most major insurance. Self-pay is $135 per session, with a limited number of sliding-scale spots. Our admissions team will verify your insurance and help you understand your costs before you ever sit down with a therapist, so there are no surprises.
Yes. We offer telehealth to anyone across Colorado, so you can meet with your therapist from home, wherever feels safe and comfortable. We also have in-person offices in Boulder (100 Arapahoe Ave) and Denver (5335 W 48th Ave) if you'd rather meet face to face.
There's no wrong time. Grief has no timeline, so whether your loss was last week or many years ago, you're welcome here. Some people reach out right away and others come when old grief resurfaces. Whenever you're ready is the right time for you.
Reach out and our admissions team takes it from there. They'll verify your insurance, listen to what you're looking for, and match you with a therapist who fits your needs and story. You don't have to face this alone, and we'll help you take the first step gently.
Start with a short intake and a conversation. We'll help you figure out what makes sense — no obligation beyond that.
