Military life asks a lot of you. Deployments, moves, long separations, and the weight of what you've carried can follow you home. Maybe you feel on edge, distant from the people you love, or unsure how to set it down. You don't have to face this alone. Here, your experience is met with respect and care, at a pace that feels right for you.
Therapy gives you a steady, judgment-free space to make sense of what you've lived through and to feel more like yourself again. Our trauma-informed therapists meet you where you are and work at your pace, never rushing you to relive more than you're ready to.
Using approaches like EMDR and trauma-focused care, we help you loosen the grip of hard memories, calm your nervous system, and reconnect with the people and moments that matter. Our goal is to help you heal, grow, and thrive.
“You set the pace. You're the expert in your own story.”

Yes. Ashley Marin (LPC) and Muna Osman (LPC) are in-network and can see Tricare clients, and we also accept Triwest CNN for Veterans and UnitedHealthcare. Insurance plans vary, so our admissions team will verify your specific benefits before your first session. If insurance isn't a fit, self-pay is $135 per session with a limited sliding scale available.
Absolutely. We offer secure telehealth sessions to anyone located anywhere in Colorado, so you can meet from home, on base, or wherever feels comfortable. We also offer in-person sessions at our Boulder office (100 Arapahoe Ave) and our Denver office (5335 W 48th Ave).
Ashley Marin (LPC) and Muna Osman (LPC) provide Tricare and Triwest therapy with warm, trauma-informed approaches to working with service members, Veterans, and their families. Once our admissions team verifies your benefits, we'll match you and get you scheduled, often within just a few days.
Your first session is simply a chance to get to know each other. Your therapist will listen to what brought you in, answer your questions, and start to understand your goals. There's no pressure to share more than you want. Together, you'll begin shaping a plan that fits your needs and your pace.
Start with a short intake and a conversation. We'll help you figure out what makes sense — no obligation beyond that.
