Anxiety can make everyday life feel like too much, and that's nothing to be ashamed of. So many people carry this, even when it stays hidden. You're the expert in your own story, and we're here to walk alongside you. Together, we'll help you understand what your anxiety is trying to tell you and find steadier ground.

You might recognize some of this

  • Racing thoughts you can't shut off
  • A tight chest or racing heart
  • Trouble falling or staying asleep
  • Feeling on edge or easily startled
  • Avoiding places, people, or plans
  • Constant worry about what could go wrong
  • Trouble focusing or feeling foggy
  • Snapping at people you love

How therapy helps

Therapy gives you a calm, shame-free space to slow down and notice what's happening in your body and mind. You and your therapist work as a team, at your pace, to build tools that actually fit your life.

Over time, you can learn to quiet the spiral, feel safer in your body, and respond to worry instead of being ruled by it. This is your process, and we're here to support the way forward that works for you.

Common questions

Do you take Medicaid or insurance?

Yes. We accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Medicare, and most major insurance. Self-pay is $135 per session, with a limited sliding scale available. Our admissions team will verify your insurance and match you with a therapist.

Can I do anxiety therapy online?

Absolutely. We offer secure telehealth to anyone across Colorado, so you can meet with your therapist from home or wherever feels comfortable. We also have in-person offices in Boulder and Denver if you'd rather meet face to face.

How soon can I start?

We know reaching out takes courage, and we don't want you waiting. Once you contact us, our admissions team will verify your insurance and match you with a therapist who fits your needs, then help you book your first session.

What kind of therapy will help my anxiety?

It depends on you. Our therapists draw from approaches like CBT, somatic therapy, mindfulness, ACT, IFS, and EMDR, and they'll work with you to find what fits. You're the expert in your own story, and your care is built around that.
