Depression can make the days feel flat, tiring, and far away from the people you love. Maybe you're going through the motions, or wondering why joy feels out of reach. None of this means something is wrong with you. You're the expert in your own story, and here you'll find a warm, shame-free space to feel understood and start moving toward relief, at your own pace.
In therapy, you get a caring person in your corner who helps you understand what your depression is trying to tell you, without judgment. Together, we look at the patterns, past experiences, and daily stressors weighing you down, and we build small, doable steps toward feeling more like yourself.
You set the pace and the goals. We'll draw on approaches that fit your life, help you reconnect with what matters, and remind you that things can shift, one gentle step at a time.
“You set the pace. You're the expert in your own story.”

Yes. We accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Medicare, and most major insurance. Self-pay is $135 per session, with a limited number of sliding-scale spots. Our admissions team will verify your insurance and help match you with a therapist, so cost never has to stand between you and support.
Absolutely. We offer secure telehealth sessions anywhere in Colorado, so you can meet with your therapist from home. You can also visit us in person at our Boulder office (100 Arapahoe Ave) or Denver office (5335 W 48th Ave), whatever works best for you.
We know reaching out takes courage, and we don't want you waiting alone. Once you connect with us, our admissions team verifies your insurance and works to match you with a therapist who fits your needs as quickly as possible.
That's okay, and it's more common than you might think. A different therapist, approach, or moment in your life can make a real difference. You're the expert in your own story, and we'll work collaboratively to find what actually fits you this time, without any pressure or shame.
Start with a short intake and a conversation. We'll help you figure out what makes sense — no obligation beyond that.
