How therapy helps

Therapy gives you a safe, supportive place to slow down and make sense of what you're feeling. Together with a therapist who truly listens, you can begin to understand old patterns, work through painful experiences, and build tools that help in daily life.

You set the pace, and you're never alone in it. Over time, many people find they feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves again. Healing looks different for everyone, and we'll meet you exactly where you are.

“You set the pace. You're the expert in your own story.”

Common questions

Do you take Kaiser Permanente?

We have specific therapists on our team who accept Kaiser HMO plans, though not everyone on staff does. When you reach out, our admissions team will match you with a therapist who can see Kaiser clients and is a good fit for your needs. We'll also verify your specific Kaiser benefits before your first session, so there are no surprises.

Do you offer telehealth for Kaiser clients?

Yes. Along with in-person therapy in Boulder and Denver, we offer secure telehealth statewide across Colorado. If you're using Kaiser HMO, our admissions team will confirm your coverage and pair you with a therapist who accepts Kaiser and offers the format that works best for you, whether that's online or in person.

How soon can I be seen, and who will I work with?

We know reaching out is a big step, and we try to make the next one simple. After you contact us, our admissions team will learn a bit about what you're looking for, verify your benefits, and match you with the right therapist for you. Because only certain therapists on our team accept Kaiser HMO, this matching step helps make sure your coverage and your care line up from the start.

What if Kaiser isn't the right fit for my coverage?

That's okay, you still have options. Self-pay sessions are $135, with a limited number of sliding-scale spots available for those who need them. We also accept Medicaid, Medicare, and most major insurance plans. Our admissions team will walk you through what's available so you can find a path to care that works for you.
