Most commercial plans cover outpatient therapy; your out-of-pocket cost depends on your copay, coinsurance and deductible. Some plans (Kaiser HMO, Tricare, Medicare) are covered by specific therapists on our team — admissions will match you to the right one.

Which insurance do you accept?

Aetna, Anthem, Cigna/Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare and UMR, Kaiser HMO, Gravie, UCHealth, Tricare and Triwest, Medicare Part B, plus Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+. Admissions verifies your specific plan before you start.

How much will therapy cost me?

It depends on your plan's copay, coinsurance and deductible. Many members pay little or nothing; Medicaid members pay $0 for covered sessions. We verify your exact benefits before your first appointment so there are no surprises.

Do I need a referral?

Most plans don't require a referral for outpatient therapy, but a few do. We'll check when we verify your benefits.

Is telehealth covered?

In most cases yes — including Medicaid and Medicare. We confirm telehealth coverage for your plan before you begin.
