Alexandra Vargas – LPCc

Clinical Therapist
(she/her)

I believe therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself; to better understand the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped you while creating room for new ways of being. My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic, grounded in the belief that meaningful healing involves tending to the mind, body, emotions, relationships, and deeper sense of self. In our work together, we may explore how past experiences show up in the present, uncover limiting beliefs and patterns, build greater awareness of your emotions and nervous system, and strengthen your connection to your own needs, values, and inner wisdom. I draw from evidence-based, somatic, mindfulness-based, and parts-oriented approaches, while also making space for questions of identity, meaning, purpose, and spirituality when they are important to you. Much of my work has centered on working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship and attachment patterns, addiction and recovery, emotional regulation, and identity exploration. Whether you are working through something painful or simply feel called toward a deeper understanding of yourself, my hope is to offer a space where you can feel seen, curious, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more authentic and connected.
