Muna Osman – LPC

Clinical Therapist
(she/her)

My name is Muna Osman (she/her), I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I understand that seeking out help and accessing therapy services is not easy, and there are many barriers that prevent people from getting the help they need and deserve. One of my goals is to help reduce these barriers by creating a space that is welcoming, safe, and honors the various identities my clients hold. It’s important for me to work with my clients in a collaborative manner while using strengths-based and trauma-informed approaches. I am dedicated to exploring support that works and leads to healing that is rooted in liberation, which is ultimately my hope — that my clients get to live an authentic life that is fulfilling and embodies self-acceptance.

My integrative therapeutic approach includes narrative therapy, attachment-based therapy, culturally based practices, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) and operating from an intersectional lens. I am passionate about working with disenfranchised communities, especially BIPOC communities. I have experience working with clients across the lifespan and have provided services in various settings. My intention is to listen, support, uplift, and provide transparency and an affirming space to clients.

Outside the therapy room, you can find me enjoying music and concerts, watching women’s basketball, searching for the best matcha in town, going on long walks, and spending time with loved ones.
