Rachel Berg

Intern, Clinical Therapist
(she/her)

Rachel Berg (she/her) is a master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Denver. She is passionate about creating a warm, collaborative therapeutic space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences with curiosity and compassion.

Rachel draws from an integrative approach to therapy, incorporating Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and attachment-based perspectives. She is especially interested in the intersection of mind, body, and spirit, and believes therapy can be a place to turn inward, cultivate self-understanding, and reconnect with one’s authentic self. Her goal is to foster an environment where clients feel safe enough to soften, heal, and grow.

Rachel is particularly passionate about working alongside historically marginalized and disenfranchised communities, including BIPOC individuals, and is committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming, and trauma-informed care. She values approaching each client with humility, respect, and an appreciation for the unique identities and lived experiences they bring into the therapy room.

Outside of therapy, Rachel enjoys spending time in the gym, hiking, exploring Colorado, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
