How it works

1

Reach out

Call or request an appointment online. It takes about two minutes.

2

We match you

Our admissions team pairs you with the right therapist — you don’t have to figure it out alone.

3

Meet from home

Connect by secure video or phone, often within the week.

No reliable internet? Therapy by phone works too. You don’t need fast broadband or a fancy device — if you can take a phone call, you can meet with your therapist. Made for the mountains and rural areas where the signal is spotty.

Therapy from home, no long drives

Living on the Western Slope, in the mountains, or in a small rural town shouldn’t mean going without care — but too often it means long waitlists, hours of driving, or no local therapist at all. Whole Connection provides secure video and phone therapy across all of Colorado, so quality mental health care reaches you at home.

What we help with

Trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship and family concerns, and life transitions — with a warm, trauma-informed, whole-person approach.

Common questions

Is it really $0 with Medicaid?

For most people with Health First Colorado (Medicaid), covered therapy sessions cost you nothing. We accept RMHP, Northeast Health Partners, Colorado Access, and other regional plans. Have commercial insurance? We accept most major plans too.

Do I need good internet or a computer?

No. Sessions work on any phone, tablet, or computer — and if your connection is spotty, we can meet by phone instead. If you can make a phone call, you can start therapy.

How soon can I start?

New clients are often seen within the week. Reach out and our admissions team will get you scheduled quickly.

What can I talk about?

Anything on your mind — anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships, family stress, or life changes. Care is available in English, Spanish, Farsi, and Somali.
